Up here it's legal country wide and the investors are loosing money.
Sales did not go through the roof as predicted. Not too many new smokers recruited and old customers remain loyal to their old suppliers at half the cost. I don't see or hear of any jump in crime or public intoxication.
It's like...big woop, no big deal, life goes on.
