We were caught up in that traffic mess but were lucky to be in the west-bound side. Eastbound was backed up over 10 miles.

Mental illness I'm guessing.

I snapped a little early, but the driver window was broken. The police had to go in after her.

I was less than a mile from it when they closed the interstate. It was three hours sitting there. I could have got rich with my jumper cables
