Nobody provides 100% excellent service. I've had very good luck with USPS both personally and when I had a small business where I had to mail product out. Over the last 10 years, I can count on one hand the times when mail has been delayed.

This may be a case of raised expectations because it works so well for so long. When you do have a problem, it stands out like a sore thumb.
