Won't be long before we find out if USPS is "that bad" or we "expected too much!
As with any business, USPS using humans. Humans make errors. Look at Wal-Mart, GM, Toyota, Microsoft Windows.
Since we are humans, I expect we have NEVER made any mistakes/errors in our time here on Earth.
I know I have NEVER, or almost never, made any mistakes. but how about you?
We are quick to *****, bellyache, complain about poor service, yet rarely compliment when excellent service is provided. We expect perfection.:?
