I used to get Aetna mail order and it came either UPS or FedEX. usually in a plastic envelope. got one order in a plain cardboard box. opened it up and there were a bunch of tablets/capsules rolling around, bottles with lids off, etc. a total mess.
plastic envelope was in side the box and it had skid marks on it like it was stuck in a conveyor belt or something. that was the end of my mail order prescriptions.
