A ***** about the us postal service or lack of

I recently had mail delivered to Mesa AZ,it only took 4 days.
The letter was mailed from Phoenix AZ,20 miles or less away.

I do usually get mail forwarded from South Dakota,to just about anywhere in the US in 3-4 days.
So the USPS isn't all bad.
