In the last 2 months I have had vendors that insist on FedEx and we have had over $5000.00 in damage claims which FedEx takes on average of 3 months to pay if ever. The few time that we have had UPS damage claims they pay in 4-5 weeks. We have never had a USPS damage claim.
Very interesting. Of course your 17 years of experience means nothing when compared to say one guy, who had a problem with a package 2 years ago. :B
