The USPS does an exceptional job delivering live animals. Priced other carriers for that type of delivery?
FedEx is by far the worst carrier for anything. By far. Their customer service is second to none in poor performance. The 'supervisors' (I've needed them 3 times in the recent past) contact you AFTER delayed shipping is finally complete, having done nothing to help resolve the (various) issues.
When I order anything now, I request UPS. If FedEx is the only carrier, I consider if the item is worth the delivery hassle.
At least the DH is happy the point and click shopping has a brake applied.
