A backup camera or observation camera on a fiver

I own a fifth-wheel trailer and am considering having a backup camera or an observation camera installed. As I understand the difference is the observation camera shows what is behind you at all times...

I dont have a back-up camera, yet and I have a wife. She stays in the truck until I get parked and then we both get out to check if I need to move to accomodate a slide-out, awning, or utilities
