One only has to look at the OP's second post in the Cracker Barrel Apology thread.
This thread has nothing to do with congrats for a fine job, or wishing folks Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
It has everything to do with thanking the Mods and Administrators for allowing an "under the radar" thinly disguised thread and post/s involving politics, religion, and support of/for an outspoken bigot.
If they - posters, Mods & Admins - like Mr. Robertson and approve of his views, so be it.
However, it simply doesn't belong here.
