to the OP; that's the bummer about organized rv camping, there's always gonna be some noise someone doesn't like occurring at some point in the day/night. you are correct, irresponsible drone owners (and more so the irresponsible hype-everything media) have brought a lot of heat down on "pilots".
I wonder if RC fixed-wing received this much press when they first came out nearly a century ago... the hype-everything media wasn't as vicious or at least as capable back then.
