Hello neighbor, Welcome to Bluewater Key RV Resort. Isn't this place amazing? We are surrounded by water in this tropical paradise. I just love relaxing here and enjoying the quite surroundings ...

7:15 in the morning isn't really early.
Next people will be complaining about birds singing at the crack of dawn. Beautiful music by the way.


X2 the above...what are the chances neighbor will even read the OP's posting...zero to none. OP should man up and talk to neighbor one on one if it is such a big issue for him.
