A letter to my neighbor flying his drone early this morning

This is going to get much worse before it levels off. These things are like mosquitoes. A pain, but probably are with us for eternity. However, we have mosquito control and I am sure the drones will eventually become controllable. There are going to be some nasty situations come up, before we get them under reasonable control.,
