I've seen in prior posts, some will say if a drone is over their property they will shoot it down or somehow knock it out of the sky.
The drone may be annoying but, it's still private property. If someone drives a dirt bike or jeep on your property are you going to shoot them? I don't see that you have the right to seize and destroy something that is on your property. Yes, they can be arrested for trespassing and any damage the inflict on the property. But, can you keep or destroy the jeep or dirt bike?
If it's a police/sheriff drone searching for a lost child or escaped convict, will you also destroy that drone. Same as a helicopter, will you also shoot it down if it's too low over your property?
