X2 the above...what are the chances neighbor will even read the OP's posting...zero to none. OP should man up and talk to neighbor one on one if it is such a big issue for him.
I am not bothered by this as much as you would think. It's a little annoying and mostly affects my wife. I'm just trying to start a discussion. This story has it all, inconsiderate neighbors, intolerance, dogs barking, quiet time, privacy rights, new fangled drones. We've even got people suggesting gun play. Can't you see, it's the perfect post?
