Jammers are illegal, but cheap drones use the ISM band which must by law accept any interference even that which may cause undesired operation (part 15 I think)
So, get an fcc tech no code license and a 2.4ghz wide band analog transmitter with say a 100 watt amplifier and flood the ISM band with so much noise the drone remote can't find an open channel. Claim you're doing tropospheric ionization research.
