OP here, the next day DW spoke with management about the noise. Management indicated that others had complained, but management choose not to address the problem because "she" was alone and thought the noise was coming from the next campground over. The manager did place a note on the party goer's check out sheet in order to speak with them at check out time. Anyway the next day had beautiful weather and the CG was quiet the next evening according to DW. The CG is really beautiful and the fishing on East Grand lake is amazing.
