For anyone that makes unfounded assumptions - neither of us are obese. DW does have inherited congenital heart failure and this pedal assist ebike will allow her to ride more. And I believe I did mention....They are fun to ride!
I did some research and saw a review that was less than spectacular. The reviewer liked the way the bike looks, but said the motor was too under powered to meet some of the claims they make about speed, miles per charge and too under powered to ride in the sand and up some steep hills. He also said the intitial price of $500 was so low because they were raising capitol to get the company going.He said the price is now up to $649 and will eventually go to $1300. He did say at the $500 price it was a good deal. So are you satisfied with the performance of the bikes and have you ridden it in the sand or up steep hills?
