I just received a response from Winnebago concerning specifications on the Winnebago Fuse 23T.
Here they are in case others might need them:
GVWR 10,360
GCWR 13,500
Dry Weight 8,203
Wet Weight 8,746
UVW 8,378
Cargo Carrying Capacity Max 1,938
Cargo Carrying Capacity Min. 1,448
GAWR F Axle 4,130
GAWR R Axle 7,275
I hope that with all this weight information I can figure out what I can tow and in what configuration.
Thanks to all who have responded to my initial question. Your responses have been very helpful.
the GVWR is 10360
the dry weight is 8203
so your cargo capacity is 2157 that is the maximum your rig can have loaded on it including passengers, food, clothes, water, beach toys etc and the tongue weight of any trailer you tow if you cannot tow four down (for example the Subaru on a trailer)
If you clear that hurdle you then look at the GCWR. Weighing the Fuse fully loaded is the best way but we can do a little pre-weigh estimate.
Let us assume your Fuse weighs 9000 fully loaded that would be subtracted from the GCWR leaving you 4500 pounds able to be towed but if your Fuse weighs 10000 lbs fully loaded you would be allowed to tow 3500 pounds. The redeeming thing here is you could shift some load from the Fuse to the Toad to lower the Fuses weight thus giving you some room on the GVWR to keep you under the 10360 LB rating.
I hope I explained it sufficiently to you
