Yeah, and nice headphones like that are difficult if you change positions in your sleep.
As someone with sleep issues these days, I sympathise a lot more with folks annoyed by noises before 10 am and/or after 9 pm. Those were my mom's times - no unnecessary loud outside noises or phone calls before 10 am or after 9 pm so as not to disturb neighbors.
