A request to all cell phone users (my rant for the day)

Why not allow people their idiosyncrasies? She was outside and may not have known anyone was nearby. Take the advice of others and listen to some music through a headset for a bit. She may have been rude or inconsiderate but you can not control someone else's actions only your reaction to it. :)
