This is on the fence to me.
If I was in a great mood for the day and this happened for about an hour, I would not think twice about it.
If I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, it might get me riled up a bit.
When I am on vacation camping, I never wake up on the wrong side of the bed :) :) So this probably would not bother me one bit. if it did I would go in the camper for a bit, jack up my outside music a little if needed or bike/hike, leave for the beach, whatever. Someitmes ya gotta cut other breaks. It can't be all about you and your space every single time.
