A request to all cell phone users (my rant for the day)

Please when you are sitting outside of your RV talking on your cell phone to Aunt Minnie, Uncle Jed or anyone else keep the tone down to as if the person was next to you. The lady in the site across...

We encountered this on the beach last week, I said to my DH please can't there be any safe zones.
There was this lady on her cell, speaking Spanish at the top of her lungs.
Rather than go up by the dunes she chose to walk up and down the beach in front of everyone.
I wasn't the only one irritated, after a while a few people said something to her...she flipped them the bird, I shouldn't have called her a lady.
