Regarding no coverage... one of my neighbors here in the RV park has no car, just his trailer (his truck died getting here) so i am often his driver.
Well he got a visit from the Sheriff the other day.. No, not in trouble, just delivering a message... his mother passed away

That's how long it took them to track him down and deliver.
(I used to do the tracking,,, I usually got the message delivered in under two hours, even in a couple of cases where the deceased had move around a lot and made it hard for me to track down his family,,, I got 'er done before end of shift. But then.... I'm good at computer searching)
True story: Same neighbor came to me the other day he and his wife and spent two hours trying to find the phone number for a court they had "Visited" a couple years back.. took me less than 5 minutes.
