If the towing company only has a flatbed, you are SOL. AAA will leave you to fend for yourself. Been there.
That is my fear with our road service provider.
My question is this.....in my area there are only a handful of towing companies, and I assume this is also the case in most areas (other than larger urban areas).
I have to believe these towing companies provide service to more than one insurer. The towing company who services one insurer may very well provide service for other insurance companies too.
So, could a customer of a different insurance provider have received the same "lack of service" had he been at the same location?
