According to the Good Sam Club web site, their roadside assistance is provided by Affinity Road and Travel Club and Americas Road & Travel Club, depending on the state.
KOA now offers roadside assistance through Allstate, as well.
We have had Allstate RV Roadhelp for 12 years and have used them three times. Once on an Interstate highway in MA, once at a campground in VT and once at a remote campground in PA. Each time the dispatch was very efficient and arrived quickly. Motorhome was towed correctly (drive shaft disconnect) and care was taken to avoid dragging the rear overhang. In each case the service facility to where we were towed did excellent work at reasonable prices.
Thanks so much for your comments - I was thinking of taking advantage of KOA's current promo on Allstate and this makes it an easy decision. - FredzoExplorer

I have no idea about AARP. (And I generally agree with their politics so that cancels you out kalynzoo!) I did find this web site that ranks a bunch of auto service clubs. I did no research as to the criteria that the site used to rank the providers.
Interestingly enough Good Sam is number two on the list.

Looking at all the plans but "trailers" seem to be specific to trailers other than travel trailers. They cover RV's but I don't see travel trailers.
Here is my scenario: What happens if my tow vehicle dies? WOuld they tow only the vehicle and leave the travel trailer or would both be towed?
Five years ago Good Sam towed my F350 Crew Cab Dually and 32' Fiver from Jacksonville to my destination Campground in St. Augustine.
Transfer case blew as soon as I got off the I-10 onto the 95.
It was a loooog train! - FredzoExplorer

Between Politics and Advertising for the
Insurance Industry, we had enough.
If you have a Good Sam Club Roadside policy
it can cover both, depending on which you buy. - akronharryExplorer

Apparently that site's criteria is not very strict. They seem to think that Good Sam is a roadside assistance provider, which they are not. The plans they offer are currently via a contract with Allstate Motor Club. But that could change in the future, as it has in the past. - hersheyExplorerNever hear of them. I'd sooner go with a Roadside Emergency Service that has a reputation. I use Coach Net and I've used them twice and both times the service was prompt and professional. I would easily recommend them.

Sorry, after AARP made themselves into a political party I will not even open an envelope with their return address noted. JMHO
Pitch I just canceled you!
kalynzoo I agree with you!
Only way I was able to get them to quit sending me their junk mail was to put a one pound pc of sheet lead inside of their Postage Paid envelope. This was after MANY times asking they remove me from their list!
