From what I've seen on RV forums, usually members use TV for tow vehicle and tv for television.
You are correct. I didn't mention that in my previous post. But, some members use all lower case for abbreviations so, you need to consider the context of the discussion.
I'm guessing they're on a phone or small device and its just easier to use all lower case.
