Heck I used one of those Solar Showers to clean up after offroading all day in all kinds of places. Even in a dump near San Felipe Mexico.
I don't see any problem with it and as long as he wasn't exposed. I don't think it creates a negative image for those folks who use Walmart lots for overnight stays. Based on how and where he was parked no one was able to see what he was doing.
