That's Walmart's policy. It doesn't mention camping and/or taking a shower in the parking lot. Depending on what state he is in, what he is doing (dumping grey water) I believe could be considered illegal. Plus he is technically nude in public since he is not inside the van.

Are we to the point now that we have to list every single possible infraction of the rules? Is that why there are silly signs everywhere? WalMart has to post a sign that says "NO Showering in parking lot"? LOL
