Abusing

So he posted it on you tube. So discretion is off the table. If some or all of the city fathers haven't seen it yet, they will. This guy won't suffer at all, but future folks that pull into that Walmart may find out that overnight parking is now banned. And it won't be Walmart's choice.
I'd bet that in every city he could have found a YMCA that would let him shower in their facility for a couple of bucks at most.
