IMHO .... Walmart parking lots are for short-term customers to park in, and for overnight RV'ers to park in and sleep overnight in if the RV'ers also become a customer by buying something in Walmart before they leave.
Anything more falls into the "give them an inch and they'll take a mile" category ... which is what children do, but should not be how adults behave. ;)
