If you are dripping water from the duct vents, the problem is the airr off the unit is too cold and you are below the dew point of the air in the room. The vent gets too cold and drips.
This can be caused by low air flow, or trying to run the room too cold for the application. Low air flow can be due to a dirt filter or a dirty coil or the fan on low speed.
