The numbers match your post. BIG issue with the CCC. Only 920 lbs. Just adding a battery and propane will drop that to 820 lbs. Throw in water and you could only have 400-500 lbs for camping stuff. Most people load around 1000 lbs into their RV's unless the RV physically doesn't have enough storage then obviously it would be less.
The other BUG issue is it's only got 14" tires. 14" tires should never be used on a 31' TT.
