The numbers match your post. BIG issue with the CCC. Only 920 lbs.
10 yrs ago we bought a new 2008 K-Z Spree 240BH-LX which at the time was considered a premium series trailer in the K-Z lineup, replacing the former Durango. Several years later K-Z decided to split the Spree lineup by introducing the lower level Connect series, reserving the Spree lineup for larger, better built, better equipped models. This was IMO an unfortunate turn of events as it meant that if you wanted and were willing pay for a Spree you could only get it in a larger trailer. It doesn't surprise me that now years later the Connect is running 14" tires on a 30' trailer or that CCC is so little, no doubt based on load rating for those 14" tires and the axle rating. For those of us understanding the difference it's fairly easy to look out for issues like this but it sure can be disheartening for a newbie to come to the realization that all these details do make a difference. :(
