On the other hand here in MI., A MH has an annual license fee and it is very high. My 93 MH cost us $395 per year and will never go down as long as we own it. We have paid $395 yr after yr. When we trade it for the new TT we will be paying the one time $200. The TT has a value of roughly 3 times the MH.
When we cross our Mackinaw bridge between the upper and lower a MH pulling a car is $20.00 a Truck pulling a TT is $8.00.
