Just a few observations
RVers are actually very helpful
Those states that allow "double bottom" RV towing require the lead trailer to be a fiver. Fivers are more stable than travel trailers, and their frame is usually built stronger
I don't remember ever seeing a motorhome or a fiver rolled over. The rolled RV's I have seen a number of, have been travel trailers, usually towed by a half-ton truck
The travel trailer frames I've had a close look at, have been a collection of sheet metal sections, welded in a way to offer some stiffness, sort of like an egg carton, hard to extend and retain any strength
I believe that, as a group, RVers are inherently more risk-averse than bikers, and that may add to RVers saying "better not..." while bikers might say "why not..."
