I'm wanting to add a swivel base to 2 older Lazy Boy recliners we moved to the RV. Has anyone added their own swivel base to a Lazy Boy recliner? If so, which base did you use? Where did you purchase...

What are the skids/feet on the bottom of the ring made out of? DH thinks they will make chairs hard to move on the carpet. Have to move them to close our slides
