I don't seek them out, but as a single RVer staying at FHU parks, I'm often given a site away from the playground/pool area if one is available. I don't mind kids playing as long as they aren't doing it 5 feet from my RV. And that's on the parents, not the kids. And they're the future of RVing.
It may also have something to do with my size and marital status. The splash from one cannonball into the pool could lower the water level 3 feet. And a teeter totter with just one person turns it into a teeter. Or a totter, depending on which end you're on.
