Typical. Sensors are basically useless JUNK!
If you want to clean out your black tank, look up GEO method online and folow it.
Basically it ammounts to 7lb bag of crushed ice, a cup of Dawn dish soap, a Cup of Calgon water softener. Fill the tank with water and go for a drive. Minus the oce you can do the same thing for the gray tank with mixed results. Even this method will only last a short time.
