I hope you really enjoy Vancouver. The best thing of 'advice' I want to give you is...your planning has you going the worst possible direction..south to north on the coast. I am going to presume you are driving the coast..101...and the traffic is vicious. All of the 'oh look' points are on your left and getting in there isn't too bad. Getting back over to the north-bound traffic lane is dangerous, to put it mildly. To the point that you will begin to choose to not stop and go on by. Even other RV's will accelerate to prevent an rv from moving across the south-bound traffic. Ugly doesn't begin to describe it.
So..if you ca re-look at your planning maps and look to drive along the north side to Vancouver..do your looking..then head south to San Diego. You will be much much more relaxed and happier.
