Possibly a zoning issue? It may still be considered a "camper" if you leave the wheels on, as opposed to a "house".
I was greatly impressed at how huge the interior was... until they lowered the bed. I think I would rather have a permanent bed in a bedroom instead of that.
More power to them if it works for them!
