Well to me the only tacky part is the over ground sewer line. The Kitchen is Killer!! Look at the stove.
Could be a couple starting lower income, bought a lot with plans to build a nice house later.
Using this as a skill builder on the house.
I would not be so sure about not being mobile, the roof is not THAT tall, slide roof might be removable.
