All I can whimper is "Try and hold a filled plate with one hand". I was hoping for something about half the weight of ceramic. Plate: One and a half pounds. Food 8 oz. As a younger man I could do this. My body is decomposing. I was hoping to find good fairly lightweight NON ALUMINUM cookware like copper bottom Farberware. Good luck. A one quart stainless pot seems to weigh three pounds. If any of you want to sell your unneeded Revereware or Farberware cookware, I'll buy it with a Wells Fargo electronic check. Of course, shipping too!
