You've got a generator so get a 110v compressor, in a dry camp situation you can use the generator and be able to use the higher output of a 110v unit. I travel with a small tankless compressor, I seldom use it, and it will put out 110psi and be able to fill my tires(over a long period of time). A small 2 or 3 gallon tank compressor is probably more useful to fill toys, tires, and run an occasional tool, like a power buffer. Do choose an oiless compressor, as there is less upkeep.
