Air conditioner and Voltage drop
I have "save a watt" gismo I use in my rv. When starting up air voltage drop is minimal but after running voltage drop as low as 109 volts. Plugged into 30 amp service

You could also switch water heater and fridge to gas to take some load off. Works for us.
