What I don't like about the AC is they don't last. Our 5th is 22 years old, and we have had it 10 years. The AC worked when we got it, changed the thermostat and tried it, and it was working. It was hot one day, and we happened to be plugged in and it worked. Last month we were in the desert, and it was warm, so I turned it on, and it wouldn't work. I guess we wore it out. The fantastic fan still works.
