Air Fryer

I was given an air fryer for xmas a year ago. Once I started using it at home, I got the hang of it. Last summer I took it on our 4 month RV trip and used it several times a week. Just got back from a 6 week trip and forgot to take the fryer. I missed it as it does give you additional options for cooking. Yes, it takes room, but I have a 1/2 bay dedicated to cooking 'stuff' like my grill,induction plate,slow cooker, sous vide setup along with other goodies. Adding the airfryer was a no brainer for me.
