Have you checked to see if there is crud in the line thats causing reduced/blocked flow? My trailer did something very similar and it ended up being a screen filter in the reservoir line after the pump causing it to sputter
loosen up the screen cap on your sink faucet and turn the water on to see if there is any difference in flow
or another way to do it is get a bucket and unhook the line under the sink and turn the pump on to see what kind of flow its getting
