If you can't see water leaking anywhere, keep in mind that the pump itself could be causing that. The type of diaphragm they have in the pump head can get a split or tear, or it could just have some debris inside of the pump that is keeping the check-valves from closing fully. Take the pump head apart and see how it looks.
