All camps receive guests at night?

Some camps seem to be wide open. Some have a gate and it closes generally at 10:00 pm. We've had family guest over playing cards after 10, quietly of course and left with no problem. Others have sat outside the gate all night at one we stay at because they arrived so late. Generally the office and store closes about dusk. It's a good idea about the gate sometimes. People cruise through. Late arrivals can be very disturbing such as one at an Austin RV Resort two years go. Came in about midnight, front engine diesel very large B. Sat idling forever, and couldn't get in spot so cruised around the loop and couldn't get in and then back out the entrance and back in and pulled in and several people making enough noise to wake the dead. The Park was already awake from the disturbance.
